My Fitness Career
	It was an Awesome Fitness Career! While a fitness career may not be for everyone ...health is! My health benefits still last today! Fitness is not just about diet and exercise.   Otherwise those two things alone would work, but they don't, do they. My story started at 170 pounds and ended with The North American Nova Championship and 2nd Place in The World Galaxy Competition	Galaxy/Nova Championships 1st Overall!
